Started in 2021, in West Molesey

We started as one van and one phone number — the same phone number you call today. The idea was simple: the tyre shop should come to you, not the other way around. Most of our first customers were neighbours in KT8 who had a flat tyre on a Sunday morning and didn’t want to wait until Monday.

Five years later we’ve grown into a fleet of branded vans and a fully-equipped workshop on Central Avenue. We employ qualified tyre technicians, MOT-level mechanics, and an emergency dispatcher who answers the 24/7 line. But the founder still picks up the phone most evenings, and that’s deliberate.

What “family-owned” actually means

You’ll see the phrase on a lot of tyre shops. For us it means three concrete things:

• One number reaches a real person — not a call-centre queue or a chatbot. Day, night, Christmas Day if it matters.
• Honest advice over upsell — when a tyre can be safely repaired, we repair it. When it can’t, we explain exactly why. We’ll show you the damage.
• Long-term relationships over one-off jobs — most of our customers come back. That’s the metric we actually care about.

Where we’re headed

EVs are now ~40% of new car sales in Surrey postcodes. We’ve invested heavily in EV-specific tyres (Pirelli Elect, Michelin Acoustic, Bridgestone Enliten) and in the lifts and torque tools needed for the heavier wheels. We’re also expanding the in-store servicing side — brakes, suspension, exhaust, air-con — so the same team that knows your tyres can take care of your whole car.
