The Surrey Tyres 24/7 line is answered by a real technician — typically the on-call dispatcher — and a van rolls within minutes of confirming your location. Average response in KT8: under 30 minutes. We carry the kit to fix or replace a tyre on the hard shoulder, in a lay-by, on a private driveway, in a supermarket car park, or anywhere with safe access. Hydraulic jacks rated for SUVs, hi-vis safety gear, warning triangles, mobile lighting for nighttime work. Most common-size tyres (15"–22") held in the van; anything we don't have on board, we route to the workshop and bring on the second call.
If your tyre can be safely repaired (centre tread, not sidewall), we'll repair it on the spot — typically £45 fitted including a vulcanised plug-and-patch. If it can't, we replace from stock or recover the vehicle to our workshop if you'd rather wait until daylight.
