Surrey Tyres (“we”, “us”, “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what data we collect when you interact with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and email when you contact us or book a service.
- Your vehicle registration, tyre size and other vehicle details necessary to fulfil your job.
- Your postcode or location, only when needed to dispatch a mobile fitter.
- Standard web analytics (page views, device type, referrer) via Google Analytics 4.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the service you’ve requested.
- To contact you about your booking or follow up after a job.
- To improve the website (anonymised analytics only).
- To comply with our legal obligations (HMRC, Environment Agency tyre-disposal records).
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data — ever.
- We don’t share your data with third parties except where strictly necessary (payment processor, dispatch SMS provider).
- We don’t send marketing emails unless you opt in.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@surreytyres.com.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies: a session cookie for the booking form, and Google Analytics cookies for anonymised usage stats. We do not run any advertising or retargeting cookies.
