We started as a tyre specialist, but customers kept asking us to do their brakes, their battery, their service — and we kept saying yes. Today the workshop runs a full autocentre alongside the tyre bay. Interim service (oil and filter, fluids, lights, wipers, safety check) from £119. Full service (everything in interim, plus air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid test, transmission check, coolant test) from £189. Major service (everything in full, plus spark plugs, brake pads if needed, comprehensive inspection) from £289.
For brake systems specifically: pad-only replacement (front or rear) from £119 fitted, including OE-equivalent pads, balancing the system, brake fluid level check. Pads and discs from £229 per axle. We use Mintex, Brembo, or Pagid as default; OE parts available on request for premium / under-warranty vehicles. Brake fluid change (every 2 years recommended) £49.
Battery service: free diagnostic test, replacement from £89 fitted for a standard car battery, AGM battery for stop-start vehicles from £159, larger 4×4 batteries up to £229. All come with a 3-year warranty.

How it works
1. Pre-service inspection
We check the vehicle thoroughly before quoting — no point doing brake pads if you also need discs.
2. Quote and approval
You get a written quote with parts and labour itemised. Authorise before we start.
3. Work carried out
OEM or OE-equivalent parts only. We document what was done — photos of replaced parts if you want them.
4. Quality check
Pre-handover inspection. Brake system bled if applicable; fluid levels topped; warnings reset.
5. Service history stamped
Digital service record updated. We can stamp a paper service book if you have one.
6. Handover and explanation
We walk you through what was done and flag anything to watch for next service.

Local picture
Most local customers come for a service after the dealer warranty period ends — typically year 3 onwards. Range Rover and Land Rover servicing at the dealer is famously expensive; full service routinely £450-600 at Stratstone or Dick Lovett, vs £289 with us using identical Mintex pads and Castrol oils. We see a lot of "BMW out-of-warranty" customers from KT10 (Esher) and KT13 (Weybridge) who switch to us once the free-service period ends.
